Restaurants
Curated by Culinary Director Iacopo Falai, our menu of Italian dishes, with an emphasis on Milanese-inspired cuisine, utilizes the highest quality products and perfected techniques to create an unrivaled sensory experience. Guests can trust a consistent offering in traditional plates of pasta – like Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe and Fettuccine alla Bolognese – and classic Sant Ambroeus appetizers.
In an ode to seasonality and local purveyors, the menu also features a Verdure section made up of fresh vegetables from local farms, as well as an offering of top-notch local meats. Our selection of fish ranges from catch-of-the-day to Sogliola di Dover flown in from the cold waters of Normandy, France.
Coffee Bars
Our all-day coffee bars reflect the high energy and community feeling of traditional Milanese cafés. The full espresso and cappuccino offering is made with Italian-imported machines and the highest quality blends on the market. Guests can also indulge in our beloved warm-pressed paninis, desserts, pastries, and croissants that are freshly made on a daily basis – perfect for a quick bite at the bar or to-go.
Gelateria
Our curated experience of the Italian gelateria serves an assortment of gelato and sorbetto flavors with sophisticated toppings in a one-of-a-kind space in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. Guests of all ages can also enjoy other classic Italian treats such as coppe, specialty affogato cocktails, and signature items from our coffee bar and pasticceria menu. Pints of gelato and sorbetto are available for takeaway. Our signature gelato cart is also available to rent for your next event.
