The New York City Department of Education – any New Yorker who wants one can get three free meals a day at more than 400 Meal Hubs across the city.
Plentiful App – Plentiful is a free, easy-to-use reservation system for food pantries and the people they serve. Use Plentiful to find pantries and get the food you need, without waiting in
line.
City Harvest Food Ma – The map shows locations that are currently distributing food, free of charge, throughout NYC during the COVID-19 pandemic. Location sites include soup kitchens, food pantries, City Harvest Mobile Markets, City Harvest Community Partner Mobile Markets,
Department of Education School Sites that are distributing grab-and-go meals, some restaurants
that are offering free food distribution, and City Harvest Emergency Food Distribution Sites.
Brooklyn
The Lee Initiative has partnered with two Brooklyn restaurants to offer assistance to hospitality
workers in need. Dinners are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limit 1 package per
person unless there is an emergency situation. They will also have essential supplies on
hand. There will limit how much any one person can take of these supplies, but they will be
handed out free to those in need.
Olmsted – 659 Vanderbilt Avenue Open every day from 4 to 7 pm for meal pickup (and supplies
